- Transportation during the whole 10 days

- Three times meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) without tea/coffee except breakfast during the trekking

- Lodging is provided as of arrival day (a day before the trekking), during the trekking and the day after the trekking

- All regular activities (extra activities that you would like to add on are on personal expense)

- Professional guide (rescue certified)

- All paper work required for the trekking & Entrance to nature park

- Workshop facilitation and content materials provided

- All pre-departure preparation moments

Excluded:

- You will need to purchase a visa on arrival at the airport (25 or 40 USD based on the amount of days you stay)

- Personal material for the trekking (hiking shoes, backpack, raincoat, sleeping bag - hiring option available and we will detail this in the info session)

- Personal travel insurance

-  Personal Expenses, Batteries and Telephone calls, Liquor, Mineral Water, hot water, extra meals, extra drinks and Soft Drinks, Hot Shower charge at trekking lodges

- Tips at the end of the trekking for guides and porters (will be discussed in our info sessions)

A program designed to put Being Alive and Being Present into your daily practices. Our retreats help to build the foundation, this program helps to extend the practice. Additional tools are shared, personal coaching will take place and topics based on your needs will be added. This allows for your self-discovery process to integrate smoothly.

Core Topics that will be covered:

- Awareness of your core self

- Understanding your layers (fears, limiting beliefs, stress, desires, patterns)

- Developing & re-balancing your dimensions (emotions, physical being, spiritual and mental)

- Practicing tools of staying present and feel truly alive (practices of re-balancing your dimensions)

- Bringing clarity to your direction and manifesting change

Practices allow your true nature to come out. Our expertise is facilitating these experiences and observing how you are within these different experiences. Through observation and facilitating your deep dive process, it will facilitate your way of being. 

The reason we are discounting this is because of the additional value this brings to the retreat. During Nepal practices will be facilitated in a space that naturally takes you away from daily life and its distractions. The Nepalese nature is ideal for presence and aliveness to take place.
